PROPOSAL REPORT - ARTSPACE

1. Introduction
This report will follow through the changes, adaptations and client ideas which will be required toform the final proposal.The areas for change are as follows; client ideas, timeline, meeting times and the projecthandover each over these will be talked about in the report.

2. Client Ideas
In the initial proposal we included a few design ideas for the multimedia tool Kate our client reallylike the fun idea of the keep calm poster, showed to the left.Although, Kate explained how she didn’t think a poster wouldbe enough and was thinking of a mini animation.The idea of a stick man or Lego animation is what Kate wouldreally like.

3. Requirements
The requirements we need to create the project were discussed and confirmed:Images - Kate agree for us to take our own photos of the space, late in the report a date and time isagreedVideos - Kate showed us a video on vimeo.com of Soars works and explained is was an exampleof what she really doesn't want. A password was also retrieved so we could access it any time.Text - The logo was agreed to be shown throughout the animation and other text/phrases whichKate will think about and get back to us by the next meeting.

4. The Timeline
The new timeline has been adapted to fit with the exact dates of the client meetings, to additional task tovisit the Soar works site and as G5 Creativity agree to have Easter break off the project.The changes have been highlighted in green.The first change has been made to add in the time to visit the Soar Works site, this is for us totake out own pictures and get the chance to see the place we will be promoting.The second change is for the agreed date of the Design Ideas meeting.http://www.ukthesis.org/Essay_Writing/ This will take place at 12pm on the 19thMarch 2012 at the Main Artspace site.The final change is for the final handover of the project.This has been agreed to take place at 12pm on the 10thMay 2012 at the main Artspace site.Our team has agreed to have Easter break off the Project.This also gives us the chance to add Easter break into the timeline if we fall behind and need tocatch up on any part of the project.

5. Deliverable
As first proposed we will hand the project over to the client on a disk. We will additional be uploading thevideo to YouTube and during the Hand Over meeting helping the client distribute the video virally.

6. Conclusion
In conclusion our client would like a mini animation preferably stick man or Lego. We will be taking our ownpictures of the Soars Works site on 5thMarch 2012 during the site visit.We will be having two other meeting with the client one to discuss the design ideas on the 19thMarch andone to Handover the project on the 10thMay. We will be delivering the project to her on a disk and viaYouTube.
