本文的目的是分析和解决在翻译过程中的问题。木星的卫星的作者是2013年诺贝尔奖得主蒙罗爱丽丝。此外,木星的卫星是包括七段的短篇故事,它最初发表在纽约,1978年只有十七页。
两大挑战翻译的文化差异完全符合原著的风格。
临界分析
挑战1:文化差异
首先,文化差异问题可以在以下理论基础上得到解决。在英美文学翻译中,第一次采用直译法,如果意思不能被清楚地理解和理解,就需要使用自由翻译(翻译和文学,1992)。这意味着,当英译汉在英美文学翻译的背景,主要的方法是升的翻译方法,下一个方法是自由翻译时的意义不能很好的解释。在英美文学翻译中木星卫星的翻译中,我想用直译法来处理文化差异的挑战,如果升译没有意义,则采用意译法;

Critical analysis
Challenge 1: Cultural difference
Firstly, cultural difference issue can be solved under the following theories. In Anglo-American literature translation, literal translation is first used, if the meaning cannot be presented clearly and understood; free translations needed to be used (Translation And Literature, 1992). That means that, when translation from English to Chinese in the background of Anglo-American literature translation, the primary method isconsidered as the liter translation method, the next method is the free translation when the meaning cannot well explain. In the application of the translation of the Moons of Jupiter under the Anglo-American literature translation, I would like to use the literal translation method to deal with the cultural difference challenge, if liter translation does not make sense; the free translation method is used;
Challenge 2: fully consistent with the original works style
Secondly, the fully consistent with the original works style challenge could find solution with following theories. In the translation process, if you want the translation style is consistent with the original writing works, it is necessary to know about in detail the original writing style and analyze the author's basic situation, including personality, writing style, living age,etc., at the same time, accurately grasp original author's thoughts and feelings to be able to “accurately express the aesthetic mood of the author and what the author wants to convey” (Zufferey andCartoni, 2014).That meansthe general background of the authors such as personality, writing style; livingage, thoughts and feelings could enhance to consistent with the original works style in the process of the translation. In the application of the translation, I am willing to do more research on the writers’ general background information on personality, writing style, living age, thoughts and feelings when she was writing Moons of Jupiter, the key factors could help me to find the solution on fully consistent with the original works.
Expertise
Through the language of the Nobel winner is beauty, I would like to take the real though of the story to the readers. Combination with my sufficient knowledge in the translation from English to Chinese, I propose I could do a good job in this dissertation. At the time, I know the requirements from the readers who I translate for. In general, academic research skills would enhance the performance of the dissertation.
