For the facilities part, we are provided recycle bin for our customer categories the unwanted things, Separate containers are often provided for paper, tin or aluminum cans, and glass or plastic bottles, some of the things can recycle. For the facilities of entertainment, we have family pool, lap pool, on-site recreation, off-site recreation, land sports, fitness Centre, tennis, indoor swimming pool, spa and massage. Family pool are located next to Italian cafe, in the west part of the resort, the family pool overlooks the beach and the Andaman Sea. Guests that are 16 years old or above are allowed to use the facilities in the fitness Centre. Our Spa are located at the 3rd floor of our resort, it was next to our indoor swimming pool. Our spa includes traditional Thai massage, aromatherapy service. Besides that, for the Steam and sauna bath is available and it is free of charges for our guest. Our indoor swimming pool is located at the 3rd floor of our resort; it was nearby to the spa. Sundeck is provided for our guest at the swimming pool. It is suitable for those who love to sunbathe. We suggest our guest expose to sun for half an hour only. We are provided towels and backrests for our guest. At the swimming pool area got a small bar and counter. You can collect your towels over there; you can also have a cocktails or juices as our welcome drink. At our lobby, we have a customer services counter for customer give comments for our resort such as, attitude of our employee, facilities, transportation, quality of food, room design, room service, check in, check out and other else which are related with our resort services. Besides that, customer can take our resort full map at the customer service counter. Our customer service counter operating hours is 9am to 5pm.In additional, our resort have a souvenir shop which are selling T-shirt, shell, jewelry, key chain and other souvenir, which can let our customer purchase it and give their friend and relative as a souvenir gift. Furthermore, our resort provides free transportation such as taxi and bus for our guest, which can fetch our guest from the airport or send them to the airport. All the villa and lower-level pavilions have secluded outdoor bathing, with showers that suggest the feeling of a gentle tropical rainfall, whilst the upper level pavilion sunlit bathrooms evoke the romance of Arabia with skylights, Moorish and Japanese artifacts, as well as large scented candles. Besides that, our resorts provide ten VIP room for our VIP guest to rest or waiting for their room. Our VIP room provided leather sofa, plasma television, computers, newspaper, and magazines. Our resorts have hired service counter employee, waiter and waitress, cleaner, driver, security guard, supervisor, bellboy, lifeguard, bartender, chef, and fitness coach. Those employees are our resort exterior lines, who served our customer and guest. They must know what customer or guest need. Their service is very important for our resort, without their good service. Our resort business will be affect dramatically.

Waiter and waitress are working in the restaurant and café, their job is to take order from the customer and served to the customer. Cleaner is the necessary role in our exterior line. They help us take care of our environment and clean up the room. Their works are changing the bed sheet for the customer and clean the hotel corridor. Our driver job is to fetch our customer from the airport or to the airport. Security guard is playing an important role in the exterior line. His job is to ensure our customer safety and protect their privacy. Their working hours is 24 hours; they have 4 shift of security guard to patrol our whole resort. Furthermore, we have hired experience supervisor to teach the waiter and waitress how to do and what should do. Their jobs are supervising their subordinate to follow our resort rules and regulation. Bellboy is working at the lobby of our resort, their job is welcoming our customer and arrange customer luggage and send to their room. Lifeguard is working at the outdoor swimming pools; their job is ensuring our customer safety and save our customer when they fall into the pools or muscle cramp. Bartender is working in the pub & bistro, their work is mix cocktails or juices that customer have ordered. Chef is working in the kitchen; their work is cooking a special and delicious food for our customer. Fitness coach is working in fitness centre, their work is to coach our customer and teach them the correct way to use the equipment.
