Abstract: With the economic development, environmental degradation at a deeper level, as part of economic activities, logistics activities are also facing environmental problems, the need from an environmental point of view of logistics system improvements, the formation of environmental logistics management system. This is the concept of environmental logistics and implementation of measures to explore the logistics are items from the supply to the entity to accept the flow of the process, according to actual needs of the transport, storage, loading and unloading, handling, packaging, distribution processing, distribution, information processing and other basic functional implementation of the combination. In China's modernization process, resource development and utilization of the next generation of the environment must be conducive to the maintenance and sustainable use of resources. Thus, sustainable socio-economic development-oriented development has become an inevitable choice.

Environmental Logistics is the process of inhibition in logistics logistics cause harm to the environment, while also enabling the purification of the logistics environment, so that logistics resources can be most fully utilized. As the extent of environmental resource degradation deepens, a threat to human survival and development of the greater, so people use on the environment and the increasing emphasis on environmental protection, modern logistics development must give priority to environmental issues, the need from an environmental point of view of logistics system improvements that need to create an environment symbiotic type of logistics management system. This logistics management system based on the maintenance of global environment and sustainable development, based on changes in the original development and logistics, consumer life and the role of the logistics of the one-way relationship, in inhibiting the logistics cause harm to the environment at the same time, forming a can promote economic and consumption of healthy development of the logistics system, namely environmental logistics transformation. Therefore, the modern environmental logistics management emphasized the overall situation and long-term interests, emphasizing all-round concern for the environment, reflects the corporate environmental image, is a new trend in logistics management.
