3.1 Oral Communication口语交际

Oral communication refers to exchanging information through oral language and it is the most often used communication skill in the daily life.( Zidu Cyclopedia Editorial Group, 2011a)口头沟通是指通过口头语言交流信息，这是在日常生活中最常用的沟通技巧

When writing this paper, I had oral communication with project mentor face to face for 3 times. For example, in the first meeting with my mentor, I planned to choose Hutchison Whampoa as an object to make comparison with but I did know whether it was suitable. And then my mentor asked me “why do you choose Hutchison Whampoa to make comparison with Vanke?” 

To answer the question, I I classified the reason into three kinds and replied, “Fisrstly, Hutchison Whampoa is a Hongkong company.Secondly, Hutchison Whampoa is still a Chinese company. And Hongkong is a place where the market operation is much perfect. So it is much representative to make comparison between Vanke and Hutchison Whampoa.Finally, Vanke is specialized in real estate, while Hutchison Whampoa’s business scopes are wide. It is meaningful to make comparison between the two business modes”. At last, my mentor suggested “You can make comparisions between Vanke and Hutchison Whampoa, but you should pay attention to the focuses as well as the relationship between profundity and scopes. And you also fully consider the difficulties of collecting information”. My Project Mentor’s suggestions are greatly useful for my paper. 

On the whole，my oral communication skills help me a lot in each meeting with my mentor.从总体上看，每次会议我的导师在我的口头沟通技巧上帮助我很多。

3.2 Written communication书面沟通  

Written communication refers to transmitting information in the form of words. (Zidu Cyclopedia Editorial Group ,2011b).

I adopted many written communication skills in writing this paper. For example, I was not familiar with how to name and number the graphs. So I sent my mentor an e mail to ask for the specific methods to do that. And then my mentor sent me a passage related to this for my reference and I finally understood how to name and number the graphs.#p#分页标题#e#

On the whole，my Written communication skills help me a lot too.从总体上看，我的书面沟通技巧也帮助了我很多。
