2) Extend your investigation of the efficiency of the call centres by including weighted attributes. Hence produce and solve a set of models using Xpressive software.
You must explain and justify, your choice of input and output attributes, which should be chosen to enable the analysis to discriminate between the units.
You are required to provide a report summarising the results from your investigation and providing information to enable the management to operate this firm efficiently and effectively.

• A word processed report style document, not exceeding 6 A4 pages,
• Electronic copies of relevant Xpressive files.
Part (b)
You are required to review a published paper from the selection presented in Appendix A. These papers discuss the application of mathematical programming techniques to relevant case studies.
The titles of the available papers are given in the appendix. Each paper is available to one reviewee only, so select a paper and confirm your choice with the module leader as soon as possible.
You should read your chosen paper, briefly summarise the content, and critically review the paper. Your review should comment on the overall quality of the paper, how well any stated objectives are met, identify any shortcomings or errors, give any relevant suggestions or recommendations.
