Abstract
摘要
Due to the problem of the global air pollution is more and more seriously, many countries has already started to announce some policies for protect our global environment. In the last 12 to 18 months, some of the European countries announced some initiatives regarding the research and development of the realistic electric car. This is the special direction for the global car industry, so that it should have some impact on the traditional car industry. This paper analyzed these initiatives and got the results of the impact on car industry, which are the electric car can save the costs compared to the traditional manufacture, can provide the innovative product and service which is good for the car industry and can create innovation in car industry for letting people have the opinion of environment protection. On the other hand, the research of electric car also has influences for the corporation with the biodiversity issues. In addition, this study also indicates that the direction of advocating the electric car is good for the continuable development of the global environment, so that these corporations should agree and respond these initiatives.

Until now, many businesses have already destroyed the global environment for looking for the biggest benefits in every industry. In the recent years, more and more companies become pay more attentions on the environment protection all over the word. The modern environment economist thinks that the source of environment has the basic status for the international business, which can bring the economic value of the business costs (Miller, et al, 1999). In the last 12 to 18 months, the governments of Sweden, Israel and the United Kingdom has all announced initiatives about the research and development towards a realistic electric car for protecting the environment of the world.

With the development of the economic and the expansion of the city, more and more people have got a car for their convenient, so that the air pollution has already become a serious problem all over the world. So, many car companies have developed the new technology for putting a new engine on a car for the protection of the environment. Therefore, the inventing of electric car will become the popular transport tool for people which can protect the environment, so that it will bring some impact on the traditional car industry. However, the realistic electric car uses the electric power as drive, so that these initiatives arose some discussion about the continuable development of the biodiversity.
随着经济的发展和城市规模的扩大,越来越多的人已经得到了一辆车为他们的方便,使空气污染已经成为全世界一个严重的问题。因此,许多汽车企业都制定了把一个新的发动机在汽车对环境的保护的新技术。因此,电动汽车的发明将成为流行的传输工具的人,可以保护环境,因此,它会带来对传统汽车产业带来一定的影响。然而,现实的电动车使用的电力为驱动器,使这些举措产生了关于生物多样性的可持续发展的一些讨论。
2.0 The Impact of Electric Car on Car Industry
Due to the development of the society technology, the innovation of technology has the special inflection on the political and economic environment of the business. From those initiatives which announced by countries, it shows the research and development of electric car is good for the global environment by using the saved fuel instead of petrol. The technologic development is not only the momentum of the globalization, but also a kind of competitive advantage for the business.
2.1 The Electric Car can Reduce the Costs for Car Industry
The most important point for the technological analysis is to check if the new policy can reduce the cost of the product or service, and increase the quality of the product or service. Bumby & Forster (1987) has pointed out that the banks are introducing the “Going Green” project, which encourages the staff to cut down the usage of needless paper in the IT industry. This is not only can give contribution for the environmental protection, but also can reduce the cost of service and increase the service’s quality.
Until now, more and more companies in the car industry have already thought much of the problem of carbon discharging. Mortberg, et al (2007) indicated that the realistic electric car is mainly composed by the storage battery, the body, controller and the charger, which is more convenience for the people. The realistic electric car uses battery instead of engine, which reduces the cost of the total car. In addition, the realistic electric is just use charger to charge up the battery so that it can save the exorbitant benzene payout for the people in the future, which are reduce the cost of usage. For example, the BMW Company is always keeping ahead of the field of hydrogen kinetic energy. But the company has disclosed that the company will change the energy style to be the electric drive; as a result of the electric drive will be the direction in the intending car industry (Arsie, et al, 2005). The research on the realistic electric car can save the cost both the company and customers, which is also good for the traditional car industry. Therefore, the technological research and development on the electric car can reduce the costs of the car and service for the car industry.#p#分页标题#e#
2.2 The Electric Car can Supply Innovative Product and Service
The successful technologic development can supple the new innovative product and service for the business and consumers, such as, the internet banking, the 3G mobile phone. In the past hundreds of years, Bumby (1987) has shown the internal combustion engine has the regnant status in the car industry; so that the society was trying to use some policies for reduce the pollution in the car industry, such as encouraging purchase the small engine car. But, the fact proved that the low efficiency of the current policies can not adapt the speed of the pollution (Mortberg, 2007). Thereby, looking for the new feasible substituted fuel is the key point for the development of the car industry. In order to protect the global environment, the electric power is the good choice for the technological innovation in the car industry. In the evolytive process of the car’s technology, the dynamic fuel is come through the grand transforming, so that it prove the electric power will supply the new innovative product which bring the advancement.
On the other hand, the research and development of the electric car also have some limitations. Firstly, the company should consider the battery of the car which is the limited factor. Until now, many companies are trying to develop the battery for the electric car. Miller, et al (1999) indicated the charging time of the electric car is the difficult question now, which is the battery of the electric car must be charged the in least 30 minutes. Compared with that, the normal car is just use 5 minutes for topping up the petrol at any service station. Therefore, the car company might research and develop the charge center for the electric car for encouraging more and more people to purchase the convenient electric car, which can provide the new service for the car industry. In addition, the space of lithium battery should be deeply researched, as a result of it takes account of many room in the car. So, the technological research should be continuing in the electric industry, which can bring the new product and service for the car industry.
2.3 The Electric Car can Create Innovation for Car Industry
Due to the electric car belongs to a new style in the car industry; the technologic research of electric car should be cost a long time to consummate it. In the initiatives of this car, it announced that the zero pollution competition has already started (Siegele & Ward, 2007). That means the electric car is a kind of green car which can reduce the air pollution for our world. As a result of the price of petrol is increasing rapidly, the electric power is quite good for saving money. But, the battery of the car is so expensive for changing, so that the company should develop some technology for the user of electric car. For example, recycle of the battery. Normally, it is quite hard to recycle this kind of expensive battery, but recycling the electric car’s battery can reduce the customer’s spending on the car if it can be come true. From above, it shows the research on the electric car will bring the related study for changing the original opinion in the car industry, which might be brought innovation in the car industry.#p#分页标题#e#
On the other hand, the electric car is good for the environment without pollution about exhaust gas. Compare to the small car which has the small engine, it also have some disadvantages, like the space of the car, the appearance, and so forth. Therefore, the company should develop it on technology, so that make it have the logical size, the perfect capability, and reasonable price to the customer. Therefore, the technology on electric car is the key point for customer choosing it, which might bring the innovation for the car industry.
From above, it shows that the research and development on the electric car can reduce the cost of the car and service, supply the innovative product and service and create innovation for the global car industry.
3.0 The Impact for Corporations with Biodiversity Issues
The policy of implanting the research and development of realistic electric car has some impact for the corporate social responsibility. The corporate social responsibility is a citizenship function with ethical and social obligations between corporations and consumers (Alex, 2009). To commend use the realistic electric car has some direct impact for the global companies with biodiversity issues.
3.1 Good for Achieving Continuable Development
The corporations have the significant obligation for the continuable development of the resources and environment. And that, Siegele & Ward (2007) pointed out that the companies can reduce the pollution of the environment by decreasing manufactured activities for technology innovation. At the same time, the company can debase the play down of energy and save the resources, so that they can depress the cost of the production for increasing the competitive power of the product price For extending of the realistic electric car, it uses the battery instead of petrol so that it cannot release the baneful gas. This is suit for the opinion of continuable development, which is the popular topic all over the world. Although generate electricity might be destroy some other recourse, the electric power can save 60% flue on the car compared to the traditional car (Prochazka, 2009). In addition, the electric car has another advantage of low noise, which is good for the noise pollution of the city. Therefore, the electric car still has some competitive points for the companies to recommend. The car industry can develop some more advanced technology for reducing the harm of the realistic electric car, so that it is also good for the resources
3.2 Good for Settling the Problem of Obtaining Employment
Settling the employment problem also belongs to the corporate social responsibility. For carrying out the social responsibility,the corporations are trying their best to reduce the pressure of the labors, by creating the experience of increasing efficiency without decreasing the staff (Peloza & Falkenberg 2009). For research and development the electric car, it can arrange some labors so that enlarges the employment in the society. For the companies with the biodiversity issues, these employment opportunities are create products by using logical resources, such as research the recycle of battery, and so forth. Hereby, the corporations with the biodiversity issues should abet the research and spread of the realistic electric car.
3.3 Good for Global Problem
Nowadays, the environment pollution becomes one of the factors, which bring the issue of global warming. Although Siegele & Ward has shown that many people thought that this problem is caused by the destroying the forest and the lost natural environment, the aerial pollution is also a quite important element (2007). For the car industry, the exhaust gas which discharged from the normal car becomes the serious question for the pollution, as a result of the development economic so that the normal car becomes the transport tool instead of walk. Compared to the normal car, the realistic electric car is not only can achieve the objective of reducing the air pollution, but also can adapt to the modern society’s life. Thereby, the companies with the biodiversity issues should support the research and development of the realistic electric car, because of it is good for the global warming issues.

The research and development of the realistic electric car is the new style direction in the car industry.From this study, it shows that the spread of realistic car should have some serious effect on the car industry, which is divided into three aspects including reduce the cost of the manufacture, provide some innovative product and service for car industry and create innovation about the tool of the transportation. Although the research of realistic electric car still have some limitations on the technology which need more consideration, such as, the charging time, the engine issues, it is a good direction for the car industry because of the global businesses are advocating the green project nowadays.
In addition, the initiatives of announcing the realistic electric car should be responded by the corporations with the biodiversity issues. The research and development of the realistic electric car obeys the corporate social responsibility. Firstly, this research can achieve the continuable development for the society. Secondly, this study will settle the problem of the obtaining employment. At the end, the realistic electric car can help relaxing the global warming problem as a result of it is good for the air pollution issue. To sum up, the global corporations with biodiversity issue should support and respond the research and development of the realistic electric car.#p#分页标题#e#
