The organisation is considering the adoption of Cloud Computing for all of its IT services.  The agency ENISA has produced a guide to assist organisations considering the adoption of cloud services cloud-computing-information-assurance-framework .  Jaguar will be using this guide as they consider the new proposal.

Requirement

d. Alongside technical innovation of future car development and manufacture, what, if any, Intellectual Property Rights might be considered?

Guidance Notes

You are expected to fully answer all of the above questions.  It is not necessary to provide answers in the order of the questions.  The important thing is to cover each of the topics.

 

Topics will be addressed in lectures during term two and it is suggested that you complete the detail of your essay following relevant lectures.

 

The structure of your submission is to be a formal essay.  The School of Music, Humanities and Arts at the university gives some good advice  Additional information can be found at and  , plus many other university websites.

 

Although the overall word count is not to exceed 2000 words, you have not been http://www.ukthesis.org/Thesis_Writing/Accounting_Assignment/Engineering/ given a prescriptive breakdown of a word count against each topic.  This is deliberate and you should use your own judgement.  However, I would expect an approximate 80/20 split between question 1 and question 2.

Specific Assessment Criteria

 

A Outstanding or B Above Average: will be awarded to students who submit all the necessary assignment elements by the due date to the standard specified - where the work submitted demonstrates: a well documented analysis of the problem, and a thorough, well presented and cohesive essay, where:#p#分页标题#e#

 

• the background and introduction is of sufficient depth to demonstrate an understanding of the proposed development

• each topic has been applied to the case study in a way that demonstrates clear understanding of the principles

• The choice of contrasting organisation is considered and enables all topics to be fully addressed

• The order and structure of the essay demonstrates a good understanding of academic essay writing

• the standard of presentation, referencing, grammar, spelling and proof reading are sufficiently high to warrant considering the submitted work as an exemplar

 

Grade A word EXCEEDS expectations and requirements.

 

C Average: will be awarded to students whose work falls short of A/B standards but meets the following minimum standards:

• answers to the questions have been applied to the given case study

• all topics have been addressed, although not fully developed

• contrast to a named company is submitted

D Satisfactory: will be awarded for work which is below the C standard, in  two or more areas

 

E Refer or F Fail will be awarded to work where major elements are missing or of an unacceptable standard
