摘要
在开始之前,我希望大家可以记住一个观点:在一个市场组织中缺乏一定的技术和知识是令人无法承受的。那么为了确保能有一个正确的技术知识和一个正取的理念去发展提升他们的技能,本dissertation将对此进行简单的阐述。请牢记于心,文章中将介绍四种技能,时间管理、压力管理、主持会议、团队讨论。这里不但介绍了这四种技能,而且还讨论了如何去学习这样的风格。有哪些技术和目标是符合我们所需的特征?如何有效提高领导人的管理能力?学习的主要概念将在本文清晰的表达出来,也许能为以后有志于提高效率和想象力的企业提供帮助。

摘要 ABSTRACT
Well as I begin I would like to remember you one point that no one can withstand in the market of an organization when the people lack certain skills and knowledge. In order to ensure for proper skills and knowledge a proper idea about the development of their skills are briefed in this report. Keeping in mind, the four skills developed in this report were time management, stress management, running meeting, and group discussion. Not only the skills but also the learning styles were discussed. What are the techniques and objectives to meet the desired characteristics? How to improve the management skills for the effective leadership? The main concept of learning is mentioned clearly in this report which may be useful in the future requirements for an organization to be effective and imaginative.
This is an important method to improve both personal and professional skills. This is the first factor required to develop in any organization.
Developing the necessary business ethics and corporate social responsibility. This development of the workshop helps in understanding the ethical behavior and participants also helps in determining their approach.
Courageous conversations that get results i.e. maintaining proper relationships may influence the people, not only the relationship but also the communication is the most important criteria.
Dealing with difficult people, in the sense meeting with the different leaders who are more experienced and making a communication with them will know the exact scenario what is required and what is not.
Discipline and termination i.e. maintaining a professional development in relation with employee. Termination is a difficult process which may lead to legal issues. But sometimes this matters when we have to look for well skilled employees.
Emotional intelligence is a method where you can show up your creativity and you can manage ones emotions by presenting your workshop skills.
Employment laws A-Z have to be recognized where the problems of avoiding and employment issues can be deled effectively.
Getting the most power from your brain, generally some employees may have short term memory where they couldn’t realize when there is a bit fall in the organization. So when this case arises then the leader has to take the necessary step initiative to deal with employees and ensuring that their brain gets tuned up with learning, writing and reading skills. Not only this, but also the listening skills have to be adopted which plays a crucial role for the improvement of skills.
Engagement of employees is must for the proper business performance. When we engage employees in some concepts then we ensure that there will be a success in the continuation of the business, which will lead to better results.
Of course team leader has to be so effective in managing the problems. He has to solve the problems in an effective way and has to explain about the principles of organization for maintaining a high team performance to the individuals. For all the success, it requires the motivation from the team leader.
Increasing the team accountability and performance. When the leader is not in a condition to develop his team then he cannot withstand in the market and there will be degradation in the employee communication, where they work on their own and develop some mess which affects the behavior of the organization. So the leader has to take the necessary initiative. The leader has to be in touch with employees for a better success of the organization.
One more method is moving the people into the right action i.e. developing the positive skills in them in a positive manner.
Next is enhancing the leader change and transitions which is the main tool and technique which meets the desired characteristics of an organization.
Challenging is a method for improving the organization where the leaders can asses his ability skills with change of his strengths and helps to improve the articulation of his professional goals.
Meetings should be conducted by the leaders where he can focus on to the growth of an organization. So that the coworkers can gain a source of motivation and also they can develop their action plan.
Memorizing the latest techniques to be managed i.e. when you get overloaded with the some problems.
Don’t tell no for everything. Every person has got some skills where he has to recognize and have to be utilized.
Leader must work effectively with different styles.
Whatever you are doing for an organization, develop the understanding of speed reading where you can stay back out of trouble when you are confident with your design.
Developing the necessary communication skills with powerful presentations in delivering the right speech ensures for the better growth an organization.
The four skills briefed below are time management, stress management, running meetings and group discussions.
1.1 (a) EVALUATION OF PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Leader:
Leader is one personality of an Effective Manager.
The goal a manager is to make the most of work output for the company. To do so, effectual managers must:
Organize
Hire, staff, develop, and fire as needed
Direct assigned operations
Control production and costs
Plan and schedule
Act as a role model - e.g. work in production him(her)self as needed
At times, leadership is not even required in management - very self-motivated teams do not forever need a central leader, this is more like a democratic Horizontal Team. Some Other times, a natural leader may arise in a work collection, and is not the Manager. This may result in conflict.
Manager:
Managers often think in terms of production and Leaders think in terms of the future.
Managers may follow manuals and quotas while Leaders follow their own dream and improvement.
Managers work, while Leaders think and create.
Managers are often a cog in the corporation wheel of production, while Leaders are outside construction as stand out in their un-cog-like differences.
Time Management:
Examples: Habits, attitude and routines.
Evaluation:
People thinking may be different and when compared with others in an organization, people implementation may be in different so they may not work in the same way. So when this problem arises, time strategies help you to gain control over the work environment, helps to improve your income with a decreased stress. Whatever the requirements you need you find all the way which helps to improve self confidence and moreover the organization can gain productivity and the leaders can gain more projects. Here is time is the only critic without ambition. These factors can gain through implementation of these skills.
Objectives:
To utilize the best use of resources in a limited period of time.
To control time i.e. managing ones behavior with respect to time.
To improve their effectiveness at work.
Will know how to handle the problems and interruptions in an organization.
To plan and organize in a most effective way towards the organization.
To identify the necessary goals.
Managing necessary communications and the necessary meetings.
Clarifies the necessary amount of goals.
Knows to develop in making decisions in a particular period of time.
Learns much commitment and disciplined to the organization.
Stress Management:
Examples: Productivity and the turn over related to physiological measures.
Evaluation:
Pre and post interventions assessments should be practiced. Ensure the comparison with a group of organizations. These assessments should test the client’s nature and they should be valid and reliable.
Objectives:
Intervention assessments are targeted to the individual and it is based on the behavior of the individual and this could be only gained through practice which leads to target interventions.
Running Meetings:
Examples: Used to enhance workplace performance, important aspect in sales.
Evaluation:
Running meetings should be effective and productive. To take feedbacks from the individuals, so that the leader may avoid the mistakes to ensure the quality making decisions required for an organization.
Objectives:
To set date, time and place for the meeting plans.
To develop the role model.
For encouraging feedback from the individuals
Future reference when case arises.
Group Discussion:
Examples: Involvement of the leaders in an organization
Evaluation:
Exchange ideas between the members in an organization, in order to solve a particular problem. So that awareness is developed among the individuals.
Objectives:
Skill and talent recognizing
Strategic competence.
To know the need and importance.
TASK 2
(b) IMPROVIZATION OF SUCCESSFUL MANAGER SKILLS
For successful manager skills, he has to follow the strategy in a continuous way, though it may be difficult but he has to divide the number of tasks to a group of employees.
Manger has to stay connected with the employees and there must be a proper interaction between them.
Manager has to see that the employees are uniting in working for their capabilities.
When failures arise, don’t misunderstand them and just follow up with their activity and the manager has to motivate the employees when there is a bit fall in the organization.
Interaction between the customers is must i.e. the manager should ensure the running meetings every week so that the employee can benefit and focus on the organization.
Managers have to arrange group discussions, so that he can know the skills of the particular workers who are actively participating in the organization.
OUTCOME 2
TASK 3: PERSONAL SKILLS AUDITS
There are four learning skills as per the given tasks i.e. Reflector- imaginative, Theorist –logical Pragmatist-practical, Activist-enthusiastic. All these learning styles are more important for the manger to be effective. These all learning styles maintain the integrity between the people. Collectiveness analysis can be achieved with these learning styles. Each and every individual has some styles of performing his role in order for the success of an organization. A leader must follow all these styles with regard to the employees. His personal skills may also influence the growth of an organization. Out of these styles, the main preferred learning style is the theorist-logical. Where the strengths and weakness of an organization can be known when the leader is fresh to the organization. The strengths of theorist-logical are it’s the most self commanding approach which tries to gather all the facts acting in an organization and reviews alternatives which lead to the estimation of calculated probabilities, independent experiences well works in this kind of an organization for the effectiveness of the manager thinking capabilities. If the manager is well equipped with his past experience, then he gains profits over the organization. If some strength is there in an organization obviously there will be some weakness in an organization. It affects the feelings on other individuals and it may lead to risk factor affecting the organization as every time he approaches to the oldest techniques. And the organization may get down when implementing this past related technology skills.
1.2 (a) PREFERRED LEARNING STYLE FOCUSSING ON THE SKILLS REQUIRED FOR EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP
As per best to my knowledge, it’s better for the manager to practice PRAGMATIST-PRACTICAL. Because he is new to the organization he may fail for the success of first time in an organization, so later on he gain all the advantages from where he was failed and all. He can understand the basic requirements and thinks practical for a particular design in the market. Then he will be practical with his approaches leading to the motivation of employees. If manager is right well, then the individuals in an organization may work well by implementing new techniques. He deals with all the people in a right way and he will be more effective for the organization. Pragmatists learn best from activities. There is an obvious link between the subject matter and a ‘real life’ problem.
They are shown techniques for doing things with obvious practical advantages. They have the chance to try out and practice techniques with coaching or feedback from a credible expert. The learning is not related to an immediate need they recognize. Organizers of the learning seem distant from reality. They see a model they can emulate, or examples. They are given immediate opportunities to implement what they have learned. They can concentrate on practical issues, such as drawing up action plans or giving tips to others. There are no clear guidelines. They feel people are going round in circles rather than getting to the point. There are political, organizational, managerial or personal obstacles to implementation. Pragmatists learn least from, and may react against, activities where. They are given techniques currently applicable to their own work. There is no apparent reward from the learning activity, for example higher grades.
Effective management and leadership skills involves the basic problem solving skills, planning skills, internal communication skills and the most important is the meeting management skills. Manager has to be well developed with these skills so that he can gain the maximum. As per detailed above, it is important to follow these objectives. Apart from these, team working skills plays an initial role in an organization.

TASK 4: PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Strategic planning is a very important thing for challenging business environment which meets the characteristics.
Next factor is the communication criteria.
Encourages the business environment in which you are working on.
We can develop a framework for marketing
Planning, monitoring and information managements can be known.
We can manage a budget of our plans.
Analyze and motivate others with your learning styles as mentioned above.
The skills are needed for the success of an organization as I have already mentioned in the task 1 and 2.
We can promote the necessary technology.
For proper ensuring, we have to follow four skills, time management, stress management, running meetings and group discussions. This will be so helpful for internal assessment of the individuals in an organization. Better growth of an organization and his ability skills are known. Strategic planning ensures and leads to:
Create vision and direction which is simple and the organization can be fairly at the highest level.
Excellent plan, commitment and great execution.
Communication, communication, communication…!!! As I have already mentioned about this point that communication is most important between the customers for gaining huge profits for an organization.
Good decisions by hiring the employees.
Increases the necessary energy and capacity.
We can achieve the customer satisfaction which leads to further growth of an organization.
The organization will be competitive when the product is of right quality and of moderate cost.
May lead to better solutions.
Of course the market recognition where the market can gain a position in the market place.
And last not but the least what the organization dreams is the success.
These factors lead to the greater chance of success for any organization. The planning is mainly concerned with the strategy. Ensure that time factor also plays a major role for any organization. Also make sure that yesterdays success may not prevail again in the future, it may not continue, it requires challenging efforts by the leaders. These challenging efforts must include changing behaviors of the leaders by hiring the smart employees and implementing new systems on the particular strategy of the product. So change is the important thing for every success.
TASK 5:
1.3 (b) MONITORING FEEDBACKS AND ADJUSTMENTS
Based on our assumptions, there could be positive and negative feedbacks in their learning styles and skills.
Will leader communicate with the co-workers in an organization?
How come the manager helps in improving within the time for the proper success of an organization?
Personality development plan helps in the advancement of the focused learning. Here we have to adjust our budgets based on the product design where you are going to deliver. The necessary skills and the necessary learning styles are essential for any leader or the individuals in an organization. In meeting those criteria manager has to develop the necessary motivation to the employees. The leader should and must communicate with the employees for the success of an organization.
TASK 6
1.3 (c) IMPACTS OF LEARNING AND UTILIZING IN THE FUTURE
All these impacts may properly lead into the future. So to withstand in an organization all individual must follow this strategy. The skills required are essential to cope up in the market. The manager must be enough logical to stand in a position in the market. Whatever it may be any problem he may face, but when the manager uses these skills like time management, stress management, running meetings, group discussions then he could solve the problem in an efficient way.

In order to get every objective done for organizational growth, doing an individual personal and professional development plan is very important. It not only can help to know real position specifically but also lets us to think and do every action logically and orderly. We can achieve our organizational goal and objectives by following above personality development plan step by step. Because of interests, hard work and persistence, time, stress, running meetings, group discussions will make us for the organizational goals solving skilled persons. These objectives will surely influence the future requirements for the managers.
