Written Assignment 2 requires students to prepare a Self-reflection Report on his/her personal experience on the course contents and in the process of preparing and presenting the Business Plan. Writing of the Report aims at correlating theories with practices of Entrepreneurship.
Students might reflect on characteristics of entrepreneurs, identification of business potentials, practices to attract start-up funds, importance of team building and availability of data for planning.
Self-reflection Report
Students could also reflect on how the learning experience may help them to improve in real life situation. Some of them might want to reflect on their ability to become an entrepreneur in the future. 学生也可以反映如何学习的经验可以帮助他们在现实生活中的情况有所改善。他们中有些人可能想体现自己的能力在未来成为一名企业家。
Self-reflection Report
The Self-reflection Report consists of the followings:自我反思报告包括下列各项:

Body of the report provides reflection of learning experience which relates to theories of entrepreneurship.

Business Plan and Self-reflection Report
Grade A (70% or above): Evidence of ideas of original thinking. Demonstrate uniqueness in defining product/services selling proposition. Exceptionally well written and presented report with the likelihood of obtaining external finance. Demonstrate excellent ability to correlate theories to practical problems and provide unique insight beyond immediate problems. Extensive list of references.
Grade B (60 to 69%): Demonstrate deeper analysis of business environment and industry. Perform critical evaluation on marketing and other functions. Well written and logically developed report with some possibility to secure external finance. Demonstrate critical ability to correlate theories to practical problems and provide viable solutions to immediate problems. Well documented list of references.
Business Plan & Self-reflection Report
Grade C (50 to 59%): Provide evidence of business analysis and logically link to various business decisions. No serious errors in logic and reasoning. Good use of English. Demonstrate ability to reflect relationships between theory and practice. Demonstrate good motivation in team work.
Grade D (40 to 49%): Demonstrate understanding of underlying concepts and their application in business planning. Competency in mastering tools of analysis for evaluation of various business functions. Most of the arguments and recommendations are supported by evidence. Conclusions are drawn based on preceding arguments. Presentation is up to standard with clear meaning though there may be some grammatical mistakes. Provide evidence of team work in performing assignment. Demonstrate ability to reflect on relationships between theory and practice but in a lesser complexity and application than other grade achievers.
Grade E (0 to 39%): Arguments are not clear. Language and numerical data are not being used appropriately. Serious grammatical mistakes existed. Reveal evidence of inadequate research and reading.

Grade B (60 to 69%): Very good presentation with balance of materials extracted from the report and employment of visual/audio aids. Good use of English and free of errors in spelling, grammar and punctuation. Demonstrate good time management.
Grade C (50 to 59%): Good presentation performed with clear introduction, middle and ending. Demonstrate substantial coverage of the course materials.

Grade D (40 to 49%): Competent presentation performed with adequate coverage of the course materials. Meaning is clear with occasional grammatical or spelling mistakes.
Grade E (0 to 39%): Inadequate presentation of data and business plan. Arguments are not clear. Language and numerical data are not being used appropriately. Serious grammatical mistakes existed. Reveal evidence of inadequate research.
