1 Introduction
Lean operations philosophy came from Toyota production mode of Japanese Toyota automobile company in the 1950s initially, then by the researches of USA scholars, and put forward the concept of "Lean Operations". Lean means "saving", and the fundamental philosophy of Toyota production mode is stopping all waste according to the philosophy of saving. (Carreira, B. 2005) In 1996, James Womack and Daniel Jones put forward the concept of lean operations formally, th en lean operations became theory from experience, and it also began to spread and apply in every industry as a universal management philosophy.
