管理,可以被定义为处理企业全部的运营,包括了销售,财政,市场等方面。管理,是决定该做什么,继而通过员工来执行。一个经理的职责,就是对企业上下的管理负责。经理也有权力指挥员做事。阿姆斯特朗(1999)这也就是说,经理的主要任务就是在一个企业中带领整个团队。经理需要民间对他的员工以及各种各样的顾客,也有责任去和团队构成者,创新与监管员工沟通交流,在规定的时间中成功的完成每一项计划。

与他人交流
大多数的经历都会利用他们绝大多数的时间来与公司内部和外部的人和员工交流。为了与他人,员工或顾客交流,首先需要去影响他们,学会去倾听和提问,写下报告,运用表达技巧。
