Internet bookings are very limited only certain tools available in regards to hotel booking, infect very old fashioned website which gives less options to book a room via internet, company still straggling with EDI system, it is using Microsoft outlook software for communication with its externally and internally business, as well as for its other branches no special system introduced yet.
