In today’s fierce competition,an effective change in business can do a huge benefit to a company’s development. And an effective change is the basic element for us to get a successful life,which will help us to en-strong our ability to seize the opportunities. And the change has a vital function in many aspects. However, the change in business environment have a vital function which can made the company to live an sustainable development. How to have a clear of business environment is the good start of the effective change. [1]
The “Business environment” is not a new conception, which refers to much different forces or surroundings that can have a vital function on the business markets. The customers, competitors, suppliers, and distributors, industry trends, government activities and so on, are all the factors which affect the business market’s operation. What’s more, the innovations and technological development is a huge change to a enterprise. However, there are much more barriers in effective change which can have a negative influence to an enterprise. But change is necessary, because change is to alter the present and it is the base to create a bright future,what’s more, it is change that made some first practical steps to an enterprise development. [2]
The first barriers in change is that enterprise have not a good understanding of the change itself. For example, without a clear vision, direction and priorities,an effective change is impossible. As we all known that an effective change can have a huge benefit to an enterprise development.
A case of Nokia can be convictive. Since Stephen Elop has became the CEO of Nokia in 2010, the Nokia’s market share has suffered a big lose. Now the Nokia has been bought by Microsoft company,which stoped the Nokia get from bankruptcy. But what is the really reason why the Nokia failed? As for my part,a right value and position is the two keys to win the market. That is Nokia must to enhance the quality of their products,which is a wise way to take a share in the fierce competition.
What’s more, the production of Nokia seems to not have a right position in the market, they do not to got the principle that the best is the consumers need. When a company know what their marketing should focus on, then change began.
As an modern enterprise, the first task of the Nokia must to do is to set a right value proposition. In a world,the Nokia should to understand their market strategy firstly,then they can make a better effort to enhance the quality of the products and services.[3]
If a company has not a clear value proposition, the customers will want to buy anything from the company. What’s more, the customers would not to pay any attention to the company.
While the iPhone and Samsung are considered to be the most successful marketing case. If you have an iPhone or Samsung, you will feel a better experience in the information era. It is not only the iPhone have a good operate system for the cellphones, but also the iPhones have make an total new idea that : Have an iPhone means you have a better life style. That is the reason which make the iPhones to win a bigger market share.
It seems that the Nokia has no advantage to have a competition with their opponents. Since the Samsung company has take over the national market and set many barriers that to protect their profit. So make an effective change and over the barriers is the first task for the Nokia to solve.[4]

Now with the economy’s development and the science become globalization, the competition is not in a single country any more. All the trade and technology exchange are become more and more globalization. While the technology reserves are common in the economy world.
All the enterprise in the world are aims at to obtained a sustainable development.
In a word, the sustainability means a capacity to endure. When we infer the sustainability,it refers to a basic principles that have the chance to get a good development, not only the capacity to endure.
It is necessary to note that some principles are identified for defining and applying sustainability. They may not contain all the principles that a company leader would using for design the business. To make a clear understand of the company’s development strategy, which is a good way to make a change of a company’s business and to win a better future.
Therefor, in order to win a sustainable development, the globalization is inevitable. And the driving factors of globalization can be analysis from three aspects.[5]
(1) On Market strategy: a good market strategy is a basic principle for a company to make a live in the competitive economic world. The case of the Samsung is a convictive matters. The Samsung taken over the national market, then set some barriers which can protect their profits.
(2) On Quality perspective: Quality is the life of a production. This is a golden principle to any industry. In a changing world, the quality assurance is the key to success. The iPhones has prove this words.
(3) On the government side: Any measure taken by companies cannot violate national security. In today’s competitive world, the trade barrier are build to not only protect the production trade, but also an insurance for a national security.
All the three factors mentioned above explained the globalization. Now the technology are exchange more and more frequently, this is the global village’s feature. While the technology protection is also exist at the same time, Which is an inevitable trend in the economy world. In today’s modern society, a good understanding of the business environment will help a company to make a change and win a better market share in the world.
