1 introduction
Being Faced with graduation, looking for a job is important to us, and is a bridge by which we can go into the community. a business report evaluating to which graduate career you would be most suited is http://www.ukthesis.org/thesis_sample/guanlileizuoye/ a expectation and a plan for a person. There are always an ideal in my heart, An ideal of success. I've always believed that the ideal would be come true. I should attach importance to identifying the skills, knowledge and abilities required for that particular career you would be most suited . So I come to write the career planning report below.
2 the self-analysis
I am a sincere person. Why do I place genuineness in the first place? I think a person who is sincere can live magnanimously , can think correctly, and control his own every day. I'm optimistic,positive and friendly, practical in the same time emphasis on flexibility. I do not follow the crowd but can be to adapt to the reality in our society. But I do not be humor, and I am a little dependent in doing things.
My interest is in favor of "Elegance". I like playing the piano, calligraphy, yoga, listening to meaningful concerts and lectures in everyday life and learning life. I love traveling, the place is not necessarily a particularly famous place, but the place should be what I feel the place is very meaningful .
My values are orthodox, and I love my motherland deeply. " do at all costs and do better" is the goal in my study and in my life.
I have always believed that my ability to to do things. The facts also tells me that my abilities and potential are very good. I attach attention to the details, and I emphasize the unity of the efficiency and effectiveness. I am good at thinking and reflection. I focus on the accumulation of my life and my knowledge, and I have the strong resilience, the execution and the ability to respond to emergencies. The ability to learn something new is also very strong.
2 the career options
I will introduce career direction and career decision making factors and decision-making reasons in the following. Because my heart has only two career directions, three directions is are not listed here. I believe that one of these two directions to be accomplished will be very successful.#p#分页标题#e#
(1) A senior professional man.
If I was a senior professional women , I will work for a well-known multinational companies or a state-owned enterprises, Engaging in human resources management or foreign work. The reason is that First, the culture in many well-known multinational companies or many state-owned corporate attracts me, Such as Oracle Corporation, L'Oreal, china mobile, etc; the second is my profession ,as a Business Administration student, I can apply my knowledge. At the same time, I really like this way of life,tired but happy.I live with greater vitality, but also am more challenging than the civil servants.
(2) A Civil Service
As a Civil Service means that the department I serve is Foreign-related or related to the masses career, such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Commerce, the State Council Taiwan Affairs Office, Women's Federation, the united front and so on. I remembered that when I was in the first grade, the teacher let us write our own ideal, I write "secretary" directly. Until now, although I learned that the officialdom is dark later , I never wavered the ideal about being a leading cadres , not for power, because really doing something for everyone is my wish. Any professional field also has a bright side. The reason to like foreign civil servants is that I prefer this flexible atmosphere. Of course,the identity of their relatives have a certain impact. The reason to chose a masses career civil servant is that I think this is the cause of caring people. To engage in such meaningful career will allow me to dry very happily .
3 Job responsibilities and qualifications of the main goals
A senior professional man
Intellectual aspects:
a the ability to convince others;
b good at dealing with people;
c enjoy talking to others, being a good listener;
d the ability to write fluency;
The extent of the education (conservation) aspects:
a Understand the basic knowledge of economics;
b Learn the basic knowledge of business and management;
c Have experience in negotiations;
d Have experience about sales, advertising, or personnel management;
Administrative capacity aspects :
a the ability to preside over a meeting;
b can reasonably be sub-delegated powers;
c the ability to create a pleasant working atmosphere;

Expertise and intellectual qualities:
a Professional knowledge
Knowledge of civil servants in two parts: the expertise and knowledge. The two complement each other.
b Intellectual qualities
Intelligence is one of the basic quality of civil servants. The intellectual level impact on the civil service for the observation, understanding and thinking directly
c the basic requirements of competency
These capabilities are interpersonal skills, timing ability, learning ability, office modernization and foreign language skills.
4 Action Planning
there is a gap between me and ability and quality of jobs and career goals. Both job responsibilities and qualifications are very perfect, not overnight, but they can be improved by hard work . My plan is:
(1) I should learn professional knowledge conscientiously.
(2) Actively participate in social practice to improve the sense of service and the terms of the ability to work to improve their interpersonal skills.
(3) Through various means to improve these ability: Teamwork ability, communication skills, coordination skills, steady change and innovation capacity, efficiency, execution, comprehension, identify problems and problem-solving ability, general ability, planning ability, organizational skills, adaptability reflection and so on.
(4) Through various means further develop the following qualities: thanksgiving and enjoy the bold but cautious, patient, tolerant, and so on.
