世界上所有的企业都应该在一定的社会环境能够生存和发展。在过去几十年中,经济和社会的发展仍然缓慢,企业在一个静态环境竞争较少。由于科学技术的进步创造了经济转型和带动了社会发展,如今的21世纪有很大的变化。科技创造的巨大变化,给企业带来了的竞争动力,为企业增加了压力,企业需改变自己去适应新的商业环境。换言之, 我们周围的环境随时都在变化,为了能够在社会中生存和发展,企业应该注重商业环境变化的重要性,接受它并将其作为生活中的一部分,朝着对企业有帮助的方向尝试调整策略。没有人能确切地知道在未来等待他们的是什么。然而,如果企业不想前进,那么他们将会落后于这个社会。
All organizations should exist and develop in a certain society throughout the world. In last decades, when the change of economic and society are still slow and the organizations stay in a static environment with less competition. Now we are in 21st century with lot of changes thanks to the advancement of science and technology creating economic transformation and social development. The huge changes in science and technology create the competitive motivation and pressurize the organizations transforming themselves to adapt to new business environments. In order words, in order to exist and develop in the society where the change is taking place around us day by day, the organization should understand the importance of change, accept it as a normal part of life and try to adjust it toward a benefit for the organization. No one can know exactly what is waiting for them in the future. However, if the organizations do not want to go forward then they would stay behind accordingly.
From some internal private researchs, most of Vietnamese organizations think the managers should continue to make change within an organization although their business is still going well, it also means the organization willing and ready to change especially when that change can bring bright future and have positive signs for the organization. If the organization has strong belief that they would succeed with change management, they are willing to invest their money, time, effort and necessary resources to implement their business directions to reach the goals. However, change management would be wasted and unsuccessful if it is not considered seriously and implemented in the right way. Why we need to change? What can we gain or loose when trying to change? These are serious questions raised by Organization's leaders and managers and once they are able can answer that question, understand well the organization's situation and planned target then they are ready to apply the change. The organization's self-satisfaction for a long time without innovation or development means backward and would be eliminated out of market sooner or later. Therefore, in order to maintain the successful continuously, the organization needs to have excellent leaders who would have a strategic plan of change management in the right place and right time.#p#分页标题#e#
In Vietnam, lot of local organizations generally are in small scale, lack of capital, lack of experience, out-of-date production technology and not be trained enough on business management. In order to exist and develop in the challenge business market, unstable economic, customers and competitor change, Vietnam organizations should have to identify the strategy goods in open market with technological innovation, applying management system to improve productivities and quality, improving business methods, creating its own culture to attract customers, develop the market as well as its brand.

In change management, human resourse change (or personnel change) is the most important step in the process of change. Personnel change can be carried out internally or externally in the organization. Personnel change is carried out through the processes including recruitment, transfer or promotion within the organization. In order to make the personel change successfully, the organization should need excellent employees with different skills. The recruitment, training, sanctions, mobilization or even dismissal the employees who do not meet the organization's requirement, are the methods the organization should pay attention during the change. Change in personel change may bring outstanding results such as productivity and efficiency, however, it also includes challenges as new personnel are not qualified enough to appointed jobs, unsciencetific manpower replacement, dissatisfaction in the labor force leading the organization falls into unexpected results and low labor productivity.
Most of successful companies, hiring more workers only burden to the management. In order to make the personnel change effectively and successfully, managers and employees should co-operate closely with each other, the mamanges not only need to encourage new employees to fulfill their new tasks but also need to evaluate and record the employees' capacity and contribution. However, there still have obstaclesduring the personnel change as employees would respone to the change with different attitudes.
Change management takes place based on the organization's requirement to be able to meet, keep up with environment change and even with competitor change. However, culture change may apprear whenever the organization decides to change management. Culture change is to match with the development and trends of social changes as well as to match with the organization's vision. Each organization has its own culture which is one of the main factors to distinguish among the organizations.

The progress of science and technology create competitive motivation, pressured organizations must transform themselves to adapt to new circumstances..
