Through learning the tourism English ,I have known a lot of things about different countries,their culture , geography ,climate ,economy, food,custom and tradition as well as their tourist attractions. I think when we want to go abord , we should know the place well and know where the place interest you . Here I would like to show you some countries which I like most .

FRANCE
First ,France is my favorable country , the most thing interest me is the food and the tourist attractions , France’s capital is Paris. There are two other well known major cities in France are Bordeaux, and Lions. The French flag is similar to the American Flag. Red, white, and blue. Blue represents the country’s truth and loyalty. White represents honesty and peace of the country.Red represents bravery and strength.

Paris is the capital of France and is populated with 2,142,800 people and is visited by many people all over the world. Paris, France is the home to the Eiffel Tower, one of the most visited structures in the world. The Eiffel Tower built in 1889 by Gustavo Eiffel, the Eiffel Tower is one of the most visited structures in the World. Sitting in the capital of France, Paris, the tower stands at 2,000 feet tall. With approximately 300 days of sunshine in a year, it attracts tourist from all over the world. The Alps is one of the most known mountain ranges in the world, The Alps, run through the east of France. Many people in France ski down the mountains. There are Several famous perfume brand such as HERMES, Chanel, Christian Dior , LANCOME , Givenchy , most of those brand , women in the wold like very much .

Talking about the food ,I think we should know the french food culture first . French cuisine is extremely diverse, with only the Chinese having similar variety in their food. This variety is supported by the French passion for good food in all its forms, France's extraordinary range of different geographies and climates which support the local production of all types of ingredients, and France's long and varied history. In many ways, an understanding of the culture of French food and recipes is an understanding of France itself. Meals range from the very basic, such as the traditional baguette plus cheese plus inexpensive wine, to very elaborate affairs than can involve a dozen courses and different wines consumed over several hours.

Obviously, the latter type of dining is exceptional for most people. However, it is this more sophisticated dining which is typically found in "French restaurants" outside France, giving many foreigners the mistaken impression that French food is heavy and complicated. In fact, much of the French cuisine is fairly simple, relying on high quality fresh ingredients and loving preparation rather than complex recipes.

It is common in much of France to take a two hour break for lunch, with many working parents (particularly in villages and smaller towns) returning home for lunch. In some areas, mainly in the south of France, even longer lunch breaks are taken. Due to the long lunch break, businesses which close for this period typically reopen around 2PM or so and then stay open until about 7PM. France is famous for their food. One of their foods is escargot. The French are also famous for their cuisine. French food known in the U.S. are chocolates, cheese and breakfasts like croissants. Café’s or coffee shops, are very important in a French persons life. When they go to the Café, they sit and watch the streets and people for hours. It is relaxing time for many people in France .

AUSTRALIA
Second , Australia is a large island country and continent in the south-west Pacific ocean , its capital is Canberra and its official language is English . Australia is the world's smallest continent. Lying southeast of Asia between the Pacific and Indian oceans, its diverse landscapes and climates are home to a wide variety of plants and animals . Australia is the home of many fascinating animals which cannot be found elsewhere . Its numerous remarkable species of animals offer a great attraction . These include the kangaroos , and the koala .#p#分页标题#e#

Among Australia most outstanding animals , the kangaroo is associated with the country in the minds of people throughout the world . In the minds of many people , the kangaroo most typically represents the kangaroo family and the Australia fauna .It is an animal with large powerful hind legs developed for leaping , a long tapering tail serving as a support when the animal is sitting or moving slowly , or as a balance when the animal is bounding along at speed . It has a small head and very short fore limbs . Its leaping movement is very graceful , with tail swinging up and down each time it leaves the ground . Its usual position of rest is a rather upright stance .
The kangaroo is a national symbol of Australia : its emblem is used on the Australia coat of arms , on some of its currency , as well as by some of Australia's best known organizations , including Qantas . The kangaroo is important to both Australia culture and the national image and consequently there are numerous popular culture references . The Koala Bear , a native arboreal animal looking like a small bear with thick gyre fur , is Australia's second most famous marsupial . It has some interesting features . It is extremely fussy about food , feeding exclusively on the buds and leaves of only about a dozen species of gum tress grow .

An adult Koala eats more than a kilogram of gum leaves a day . The Koala has a large
appendix that serves to cope with its intake of leafy diet .

The animal seldom drinking water . That is why the Aborigines named it " Koala " meaning " I don't drink . " It gets moisture from its diet of gum leaves .
Koala mature slowly , usually in the third or fourth year . They reproduce slowly as well : A female koala usually produces only one baby every tow years . Born in a very immature state with no eyes , the tiny baby koala crawls through its mother's fur into the pouch , the young koala is carried on the mother's back for quite some time . A young koala clinging happily to its mother's back is a lovely sight . The koala rests during the day and feeds at night . When the Australian colonies federated on 1 January 1901, an official competition for a design for an Australian flag was held. The final design which was adopted contains the Union Flag in the left corner symbolizing Australia's historical links to the United Kingdom, the stars of the Southern Cross on the right half of the flag indicating Australia's geographical location and the seven pointed Federation Star in the bottom left representing the six states and the territories of Australia. Other official flags include the Australian Aboriginal flag, the Torres Strait Islander flag and the flags of the individual states and territories.Green and gold were confirmed as Australia's national colors by the governor general in 1984, though the col ours had been adopted by many national sporting teams long before this. The golden wattle was officially proclaimed as the national floral emblem in 1988. The Australian Coat of Arms was granted by King George V in 1912 and consists of a shield containing the badges of the six states, within an ermine border. The crest above the shield and helmet is a seven-pointed gold star on a blue and gold wreath, representing the 6 states and the territories. I think i need to thank our teacher , she said that she like travel very much , and so am i . By learning this course , i know a lot , when we travel another countries , we should control its information such as the climate , culture , geography , tradition , food , attractions . We also need to pay attention to exchange rate so that we can decide that how much money we need to take , of course we also can bring the credit card , many times we feel very tired ,we need to relax our body and mind , there are many factors influence our travel , time , money . When we are young , take your time enjoy your life .
