 Case Study - Industrial Relations 

Select a workplace that you have access to.  Investigate an industrial relations issue in the workplace. 
This report should: 
1.    Provide a description of the organisation including information relating to organisational structure, number of staff, core business, industry sector etc. 
2    Identify the industrial relations issue 
3.   Identify the stakeholders in the process 
4.   Identify the impact (if any) this issue is having on employees and employers
 5.   Discuss the role on human resources in regards to the Industrial Relations issue 

Assignment presentation: 
Assignments must contain a cover page and a bibliography/reference page. . 
One and a half line spacing is required.
 Hand written assignments will not be accepted. 

Three elements that could be useful for written essay type work are: •   
1 Text organization -
 this can include essay structure including reference list/bibliography, quality of argument etc •  
 2 Content -
 including conceptual understanding, reference to the theoretical concepts, evidence of wide reading etc,
 3 Presentation -
 including ease of reading; editing proof-reading; spelling, grammatical structure, punctuation, consistent use of referencing as examples
