Task
You are required to select one particular regeneration project taking place in a city of your choice, as a basis for this assignment.你需要选择一个特定的再生发生在您所选择的城市，作为这项任务的基础项目。

Introduction
Most cities around the world are currently undertaking one or more substantive regeneration projects in order to improve the economy of the city, or the product/service facilities available within the city, or the physical environment of the city etc.Such projects might involve the regeneration of  目前，世界各地的大多数城市开展一个或多个实质性再生项目，以提高城市经济的，或可在全市范围内对产品/服务设施，或物理环境城市etc.Such项目可能涉及#p#分页标题#e#的再生的---
- a cultural quarter in the city
- a housing area of the city
- a shopping area of the city
- an industrial area of the city
- an improvement of education, sporting etc facilities of a city
The above is not an exhaustive list.
The focus of this assignment is to examine the rationale for the regeneration taking place and the contribution of marketers to ensuring the regeneration project is successful. For the purposes of this assignment you are advised to select the city with which you are most familiar –for example the city in which your home is based, or the city  where you have undertaken study or periods of work.

You must undertake the following –
-  provide an overview of the rationale for the regeneration project ie. why it is required.
-  discuss the environmental and market forces influencing the project.
-  evaluate the different ways in which marketers can help with the development of the project, the analysis of who benefits from the project, and the communication of the implications of the project 

Turnitin Submission
 
1. All students are required to submit assessed work through Turnitin.
2. All students are normally required to submit two copies of their assessed work. One copy must be submitted through Turnitin and one paper copy should be submitted to the Learning Resource Centre.
3. All students must submit a Turnitin receipt with the paper copy submission.
4. The penalty for students who do not submit their assessed work through Turnitin is that their mark is withheld and the assessment board may deem the work to have failed.
5. Students may submit drafts through Turnitin prior to submission and generate reports. The last submission prior to the deadline will be deemed to be the final submission for assessment purposes.
